EXPERIENCE THAT PRODUCES RESULTS
For the last 25 years, Owner Scott Kick has been serving as a Senior Level Operation Manager at some of the Nation's premier attractions. He’s been responsible for creating, implementing, and supervising innovative visitor experience programs. These have included Seattle’s Paramount Theater, Moore Theater, Benaroya Hall and 5th Ave Theater, as well as public events with over 70,000 daily guests such as Bumpershoot Music Festival and AT&T's Family Fourth at Gasworks Park. He's also served as the House Manager at The Center for Puppetry Arts, the largest puppetry museum in the U.S., and most recently served as the Director of Guest Services at the historic Battleship Missouri in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. It was there that he collaborated with the Pearl Harbor Historic Sites and National Parks to create the Arizona Memorial’s Ambassador program. This innovative program currently greets, informs and manages visitor flow for Pearl Harbor’s 1.8 million annual guests

A LIFE OF ADVENTURE IN VENUE MANAGEMENT
Beginning his career in Seattle, Scott served as the Executive Coordinator for Seattle’s largest family-run event staffing company for 13 years. Mentored by the CEO and his team of professionals, Scott developed advanced techniques for talent acquisition and development, leading the organization to serve as the cities premiere choice. He went on to hold senior level positions inside a broad spectrum of venues: From high volume museums and national monuments to arena concerts, retail concessions and non profits, Scott has immensely enjoyed the diversity offered through professional venue management and is now offering his hard earned expertise to clients at all scales. Currently residing in New Orleans, with his lovely wife Wendy, (former Patron Services Manager for The Honolulu Symphony and Marketing Director for Hawaii's Intercultural Communications College) the couple are looking to work together traveling the U.S and abroad to assist venues in need.
